Saturday AM's card game is using AI art
Over on YouTube, I’ve recently fallen down the rabbit hole of podcasting about Saturday Wars, the CCG tie in for Saturday AM.
Unfortunately, I dug too deep and found there’s a LOT of AI ART IN THIS GAME!!! And that SUCKS!!!

This is hilarious. I wish SATam had the balls to actually talk directly about topics people bring up so we can get their actual thought process behind the things they do. My theory is that none of their current artist draw the kind of style seen in highly rendered background art, and since Fred's always saying they're low on funding and the company doesn't like paying artist by the hour: opted to use AI instead of just commissioning someone with the skills.
